Boxe Training

The training aims at pairing boxing movements with muscular reinforcement exercises. Boxing offers a multitude of benefits, such as emotionally and mentally (self-control, self-confidence) and physically. Boxing training will work each body muscle simultaneously while developing cardio-vascular and breathing system. During each session, your body will use a lot of calories, tone up each muscle and improve your flexibility quickly . Boxing training lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
